I couldn’t make it to the show, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. You are welcome to sell your tickets on your own and email us at [email protected] with the new ticket holder name so there are no issues at the door. .
Are minors welcome to watch a show?
All-Ages are welcome to any of our shows starting BEFORE 5:00 PM. Due to Maui County Liquor Laws, there is a 9P curfew for all minors and CAN NOT be in the venue past 9:00 PM HST.
There are only ‘General Admission - Standing Room Only’ tickets available but I need a seat, are there any seats in the General Admission area?
Yes we have 12 - 2 Tops and 4 - 4 Tops on a first come first serve basis. We recommend you get there when the doors open to secure one of those tables.
My credit card transaction keeps getting an error!
A couple of things that will give an error during checkout with your credit card:
- Make sure your address matches the address on the credit card statement.
- It’s NOT an out of country credit card, we don’t accept credit cards not from the US
- There are double the amount of funds of the transaction.

Is Admission included when I purchase ‘VIP - Table Seating’?
Yes, admission is included when you purchase a ‘VIP - Table Seating’, you don’t need to purchase any additional tickets.
I don’t see any ‘VIP - Table Seating’ tickets in the dropdown, I want to purchase a seat.
If it’s not listed in the drop down under ‘Ticket Type’ it is SOLD OUT.
